Selecting "Decline All Suggested Reminders" ends up scheduling them anyway?


I'm on the Quicken Windows Subscription, currently running version R24.14. I selected "decline all suggested reminders" because I get tired of it suggesting dumb reminders, and it ended up adding all suggested reminders to my bills anyways. When I go back to check the setting, it has greyed out the "decline" option and has re-checked the "Review my accounts for reminders to suggest". I'm so frustrated with this. This is just another bug on top of a ton of other bugs that have made me consider going to another money management software. Any suggestions on why this happened and an easy fix? I don't have time to delete like 40 bills.
