Updating my subscription with a new key code from Amazon

My subscription is expiring around the first of March - I purchased a 14 month subscription on Amazon and I'd like to add this to my account before it expires - one point of concern, that I don't lose any remaining days in my current 24 month subscription - THANKS!!!

As long as you are using the same Quicken Id when you activate, the existing subscription will be extended.

1. Find your new activation code
2. Open Quicken
3. Go to "Help"
4. Go to "Enter Activation Code"
5. Enter the new code - automatically extends your subscription - no days are lost

I have a new activation code. I'm running Windows 10 Quicken Premier Version R24.14, Build 27.1.24.14. Every time I select the "Enter Activation Code", Quicken crashes immediately. Please advise. Thanks.

 The only thing I can suggest is to contact Quicken Support
