I have attempted to install Quicken for Windows subscription on a different computer.

Question

I used Firefox for downloading.  Attempted three times. Download folder indicated a PART file, and an empty .exe file, each time.

I just logged into my Quicken.com account - 
scrolled down to - Download - and clicked

To install Quicken on the new computer, I suggest you download and open: https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe

I use Firefox, but don't download to Downloads, I created a folder on the Desktop called New Briefcase and pointed Firefox to that folder.
What Anti-Virus program is installed, besides Windows Defender?

If you ended up with a PART file and an empty .exe file, you are not getting a complete, successful download.  Have you tried a different browser?
