How do I get a list of the Commissions that I have paid on my purchases and sales of my investments?

The Investment Transaction report has a column for Commissions with a total at the bottom. You can select accounts, actions, and the date range to narrow down the transactions that are shown. 

I don't know of a way to show just the transactions with nonzero commissions, unless you export the report to Excel and filter it there.
