Quicken 2020 on my iMac

I'm using Quicken 2020 on my iMac. I originally had the program download data from my financial institution automatically. I would like to stop that and input data manually.How do I do that?

For each account you have set up to download, simply click on Setting in the bottom toolbar, and then click the button to disable transaction downloads.

After bringing up the account Settings (which you can also do via menu Accounts > Settings), you need to click the Troubleshooting tab, then Deactivate Downloads. See screenshot below:
