I want to review the rental property function and need a tutor.

I have been using Quicken for several years, but only for the checking account and coding for my accountant. I want to learn more and clean up my accounts. I would like to find a tutor that can assist me.

    Have you looked at Quicken's HELP function?
    And, it sounds to me like you don't really understand the accounting for your rentals.  You can probably get your accountant to assist there.
