Why does it take 2 tries to update this account every day? Reported the trouble, but don't know how to see results of reporting.

OSU frequently fails to update all accounts for me on the first OSU, too, especially in data files where I have more than just a handful of accounts to be updated. For me there appears to be no rhyme or reason as to which accounts don't update but there are 3 that it seems to happen with more frequently than others. And it happens with both DC and EWC connections but more frequently with EWC connections than with DC. The "Try again" or clicking on "Update Now" from the account register screen usually is successful. Frustrating.I don't know the reason for this happening but there are two ways you can check to see if an account update was actually successful.1) The obvious is when transactions are downloaded and show up in your account register.2) When you get the One Step Update Summary it will show the date and time of the update to the right of the Financial Institutions (FI)...but don't rely on that because that information is not always correct. Instead, right underneath the FI name it will show in blue font the number of accounts that were updated. Click on that and you will get a pop-up showing the date (not the time) of the last update. I've found that to be very accurate.
