What is the best way to Set Up a US Gov't Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Account in Quicken?

I know TSP does not allow automatic downloads. I know TSP is similar to a mutual fund or 401K account but not exactly. I believe I must enter data mantually. I am no longer contributing to this account as I am retired and receiving monthly a required minimum distribution (RMD). Any advise would be appreciated

My understanding is that you should set it up as a manual 401K account. I've seen a couple of threads on how to import prices but have no experience with that myself. Here are the threads I'm referring to:
