I am now able to log onto Alight through Quicken! However, Quicken does not seem to be pulling any historical price data. As an ex-Citi employee, Im not making any transactions. So the only reason I need access is for pricing data.

    Grrrrrrrrrr

I have never received historical information from Alight. It provides prices only on days that you log on or have a transaction. If you want to have daily prices, you will need to have Quicken do an update every day.

Thanks Quicken Community, I am now able to download to Quicken again. The password that I needed to reset was imbedded under my profile in totalcomponline which is different from the password I use to access TCO since I am a former Citi employee.
