Can you go back to a previous version?

I have a Quicken subscription version. I updated a couple of days ago which (given my luck) was the same time SECU-NC required customers to switch online banking connections to Web Connect. I still can't update my IRA's and some other accounts and wondered if I could "rollback" my version of Quicken and see if the problem is resolved

I doubt, whether what you want to do would help.
Try reinstalling and don't skip a step.

The FIDIR.txt file is independent of the actual release of the software under subscription Quicken, so reverting to a previous release will not help you. The SECU-NC change and the patch release just happened at the same time by chance.
