Missing Transactions in account view

Hello @gallaghe44
If you haven't done so already, I would recommend running the Validate & Repair tool on the data file from the File menu > File Operations > Validate & Repair option.
In the Validate File window that opens, click the top box to "validate file" and then click OK.
When the validation completes, a data log will open in Notepad, please let us know if any errors or issues are found/repaired, and when ready close and re-open Quicken.
After this process, are you still missing transactions?
Let us know!

Hi @gallaghe44,
It seems like you're looking at a filtered view...
Can you confirm that the boxes immediately above the Register transactions say:
All Dates
Any Type
All Transactions
If not - you should hit the RESET button - to the immediate right of those.
Let me know if you still can't view all transactions.
Thanks.

The Reset button does reset the filters to 'All Dates', 'Any Type', and 'All Transactions', but does not fix the problem. Many charges and no payments are still missing. However, I have found that if the filter is set to 'This Month' all charges and payments in this month do appear. For other date selections the results vary.
