Missing Transactions in account view

On one of my credit card accounts, many transactions do not appear. No payments appear. However, when I balance the account all are present. The account is set to view 'All Dates', 'Any Type' and 'All Transactions' . My other credit card accounts are fine.

    It seems like you're looking at a filtered view...

    Can you confirm that the boxes immediately above the Register transactions say:

    All Dates
    Any Type
    All Transactions

    If not - you should hit the RESET button - to the immediate right of those.

    Let me know if you still can't view all transactions.

    The Reset button does reset the filters to 'All Dates', 'Any Type', and 'All Transactions', but does not fix the problem. Many charges and no payments are still missing. However, I have found that if the filter is set to 'This Month' all charges and payments in this month do appear. For other date selections the results vary.
