Can I use 2003 on windows10 to transfer data and continue to create invoices on the 2003 program?
2003problem
My older PC will not power-up. This was Dell windows XP. This PC was never put on-line. I was using Quicken 2003 only to create invoices for small business (less than 50), to record payments, print itemized category reports and to post transactions from a few different bank accounts. I will purchase a new laptop. Will it be possible to retrieve the data from the old computer and transfer to the new and continue to use the 2003 program. If I cannot locate the original program disc, is it possible to get another disc in order to continue with work already posted.

You should be able to install 2003 on Win10 if you find your install CD, but you would normally need to download and install the appropriate last patch release for your version available at
Quicken Patches
, but there isn't one for H&B, so I don't know what to advise.
As far as ordering a replacement CD, you would have to look on eBay or elsewhere because Quicken doesn't have old versions for sale.
