    If you want the Capital Gains report alphabetical by security, choose Security in the box next to Subtotal by:

    Likewise if you want it alphabetical by account, choose Account.

    For some other reports, you can click on the column header to select the sort field. Click again to reverse the sort order.

    Hi @John Dickman,

    Here's how:

    1) With the report open, click on the Gear in the upper right hand corner of the report screen;
    2) The new pop-up should be on the "Display" tab.  In the "Headings" section - you should click on the drop-down next to "Subtotal by:" and select "Security" in the drop-down;
    3) Click "OK" and your report should display in alphabetical order.

    Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Frankx
