Just bought an iMac and purchased 2019 and I'm lost

I've been a Quicken for windows user since 2002. This doesn't look at all like my windows version. Is there a step-by-step tutorial I can download? Did I make a mistake buying an iMac?

That is a loaded question. To any lover of Windows, you did. To any Mac lover, no.
There are big differences between the two versions due to just the way Win and Mac present things.
With subscription Quicken, you get both Win and Mac versions, so if you still have a Win OS (8 or newer) available, you can run your purchase on it.
