Can't scale reports to change overall chart baseline

As the overall numbers for an account get larger in certain areas, it is really hard to get visual value from the graphic charts created with a fixed baseline of "zero" - up to whatever the current account values are....
There should be a way to set a baseline for the graphic/chart -

    I agree. Some reports do this automatically, some always start at zero, and some seem to be random.

    I also wish I could specify a logarithmic vertical scale, so that for example a 10% change is always the same distance vertically.
