Tax Schedule report too long and inflexible (Q Mac)

It's tax season again but the implementation of the very useful Tax Schedule report is horrible. It's voluminous and doesn't allow formatting to fit a page.

It would be far better to have this as an option in Reports. These have great flexibility and so adding a Tax Schedule option would solve the formatting problem and make the report as useful as it should be.

Tax Schedule is one of the old reports that was inherited from the predecessor 2010-era Quicken Essentials program that formed the starting code base for Quicken Mac. The developers are working to replaced the old reports with new ones, so today the old Category Summary and Payee Summary reports have been surpassed by the new Create Transaction/Summary/Comparison reports. But Tax Summary is one which has not yet been re-written to use the new search engine and interface.

This is all true but the 2007 Quicken Tax Schedule report worked well and did exactly what I wanted. It's odd that such an useful report, which must be used by many users, has not been brought to the same level as the other reports.

It's now tax time so please encourage Quicken to fix this irritating issue!
