How do I print a reconciled month in my checking account (Q Mac)

Question

How do I print a reconciled month in my checking account so I can put it in the monthly bank statement? Quicken for Windows would ask you if you wanted a reconciliation report  to be printed.

There is currently no printable reconciliation report in Quicken Mac, although many users have asked for such an added feature.

The crude workaround would be to screenshot your reconciliation window and print the screenshots.
