New Quicken Bill Manager

Why did you create a new bill pay system that isn't able to simply move over all our current Bill Pay data into the new Bill Manager? It appears that Bill Manager requires setting the product up from scratch. Why would you do this? Quick Pay only includes 11,000 billers? Help me understand why this is not a terrible, time-consuming waste for me? If I have to set this up from scratch, wouldn't I just be better off using my bank's bill pay service?

Hi brad25,
Our current bill pay provider is discontinuing their bill pay service; since Quicken is no longer be able to utilize this service, we created Quicken Bill Manager, so users can continue to pay their bills from Quicken.
In terms of migration, if you have a lot of online payees with Quicken Bill Pay, you can simply copy these over to use with Bill Manager: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-copy-bill-pay-option
Our online payment option, Quick Pay, enables you to pay 11,000 different billers electronically. If you have billers that are not on that list, then you can use Check Pay to send a paper check to that biller.
Hope this helps,
