Budgeting cashflow (and not simply income and expenses)

Is there a way to budget or plan cash-flow instead or just income and expenses.
I am moving a lot of money between accounts to:
1) save money now to pay for larger ticket items later ex: city taxes, Christmas gifts, ...(envelop method)
2)save money for investment
If so, please advise how to do it.
Thank you

@Pierre No, currently you cannot include transfers in Quicken Mac budgets. But that functionality is coming, as promised by the product manager. They first had to devise a way to do reports including transfers, which got implemented in several recent updates. Next, they need to revamp serval things in budgets that many users have been asking for, including the ability to budget for transfers as well as rollover budgets from month to month. We have no idea when any of the updates to budget functionality will be coming, but after a long wait, I'd expect to see some progress on this later this spring or summer.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
