Asset Income in Lifetime Planner
David Luckadoo
I would like to add rental income to one of my asset properties in the Lifetime Planner. What is the frequency of the income that I should enter? Is it monthly or yearly?

Yearly.

Try entering it and then clicking on the bars for the years, and you should be able to tell how it was was treated, especially with the plan option set to use current dollars instead of inflation.

In the LTP Current Properties & Assets section, Income and Expenses can be assigned to each property listed. The amount is annual, but the duration can be modified based on circumstances relevant to the property.
