New HD, reinstall Win 2016, cannot sign in
I have been using Quicken Deluxe 2016 for Windows but recently my hard drive needed replaced. Now I try to open the file and is asks for username and password, then responds "An unknown error occurred. Please try to connect later." How to proceed?
