Signing in, Passwords, and Activation (Windows)
New HD, reinstall Win 2016, cannot sign in

I have been using Quicken Deluxe 2016 for Windows but recently my hard drive needed replaced. Now I try to open the file and is asks for username and password, then responds "An unknown error occurred. Please try to connect later." How to proceed?

Adding the latest patch under 2016 seemed to fix the problem. Thank you both for the help.
