Now when I log in I get the same prompt for password I have always gotten but within seconds a 2nd screen comes up asking for the QUICKEN Login/Password.
2nd Query is now when I do a One Step Update it hangs on updating quotes/investment options until I use Start Task Manager to kill the update. If I then look at the One Step Summary all accounts, etc reflect being updated
Wiindows 7 (yes I know) Lenovo ThinkPad

Regarding the second issue, does the One Step Update complete if you uncheck Download quotes and investment information on the One Step Update Settings window?

I suggest you check the Windows Internet Options settings: Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced tab, check all Use TLS and uncheck all Use SSL.
If you can't manage to download quotes from within Quicken on Windows 7, you may import a CSV generated using a Google sheet. For example:
When we download the Google sheet as a CSV file, the file is formatted appropriately for import into Quicken:

just ignore the Welcome to Quicken login screen - it's a new bug -

Yes I do. Should I discontinue with this latest version.
