Sync Error on TD bank

I have a message like this.
The desktop transaction in "TD Business Convenience Plus XX7007" on "03/04/2020" for $-1000.00 was not synced. illegal Operation: {0}

    What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that by going to Help>About Quicken. Also, please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other Community members are best able to assist you.

    I suggest resetting your Cloud, by following these steps:
    1. Go to Edit Preferences Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts.
    2. Click Reset your cloud data.
