Quicken crashes with I click on Investments

I read an answer to this problem. The answer below did not work for me. I shutdown and restarted Quicken.

I have Windows deluxe and I just updated my software on line and this problem started. I did not have this issue before the software updated today March 21, 2020. Help please

1. Make a backup (in case this doesn't work)
2. Open any investment register
3. Click on gear menu and select Move transaction while holding CTRL+Shift

    It is 3/21/2020 and I just updated my software on line and I had the same problem with quicken crashing when I click on Investments. The solution given did not work for me with Quicken Deluxe. Help please

    Trying to understand your issue:

    When exactly does Quicken crash? - is it when you open an investment account or when you click on Ctrl-Shft-Move transactions or at some other time?

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
