Failure to download from my credit union

Quicken for Mac Version 5.15.2 (Build 515.33015.100)
I’m having download issues with Alliant Credit Union. The last successful download was on 11 March. I can’t reconnect it; Quicken hangs.
About that time, the web site was refreshed, so if it’s scraping, I imagine that would be an issue.
There is a notice that a bunch of credit unions are failing (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7870528/ongoing-3-14-20-cc-501-cc-898-or-cc-502-its-not-your-fault-errors-with-multiple-credit-unions), but Alliant isn’t on the list, and that’s listed for Quicken Windows. However, if they share the scraping service, then maybe it’s that?
All my other accounts are loading properly; it’s just this one credit union.

Hello @Avi Dee
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue although I apologize that you are experiencing this trouble with Alliant Credit Union.
The alert previously mentioned above has been resolved, this issue most likely has a different cause.
May I ask that you first navigate to File > Save a Backup before completing any further steps.
Next, please navigate to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services and choose "Reset" to reset the cloud.
Once, this has completed, may I ask that you try to connect acting act as if a new account is going to be added.
Click on Accounts at the top of your screen, then select New, and choose the account type (or one of the account types) you want to connect (for example Checking, Savings, Credit Card).
Then search for Alliant Credit Union in the bank list and enter credentials. Be sure to LINK the accounts to the existing accounts in Quicken and not to ADD a new account.
Let me know how it goes!

(Also, that post says to contact Support if you see that problem, but there kinda isn’t Support now, so yeah. Hope everyone’s safe during this time.)0

My FI list was up to date, but I refreshed it anyway, tried to sign in again, and it still hangs.0
