Failure to download from my credit union

Quicken for Mac Version 5.15.2 (Build 515.33015.100)

I’m having download issues with Alliant Credit Union. The last successful download was on 11 March. I can’t reconnect it; Quicken hangs.

About that time, the web site was refreshed, so if it’s scraping, I imagine that would be an issue.

There is a notice that a bunch of credit unions are failing (, but Alliant isn’t on the list, and that’s listed for Quicken Windows. However, if they share the scraping service, then maybe it’s that?

All my other accounts are loading properly; it’s just this one credit union.

    (Also, that post says to contact Support if you see that problem, but there kinda isn’t Support now, so yeah. Hope everyone’s safe during this time.)

    My FI list was up to date, but I refreshed it anyway, tried to sign in again, and it still hangs.
