Incorrect Payee report

Quicken 2020 version R25.21 build 27.1.25.21
From the register for a banking account, I right click on payee, select "Payments made to", memo column in report is blank (rpt title:Payee Report - Year to Date)
In Easy answer reports, select "How much did I pay to?", it is the same report layout, but the memo column is filled with correct data (rpt title:Payee - Year to Date)

    If you haven't already, open Payee Report - Year to Date report, press Alt + C, select Reset Columns and OK.
