Updating 2019 Home&Business and for a 1 year subscription ( edited for clarity)

UPC 841798 131308 and 841798 141445. Both are 2019 Home&Business and for a 1 year subscription. I have a 2018 copy I need to update. is there a difference?

Oh another thing, you don't have Quicken 2018, you have Subscription Quicken, it has been updating all this time and if you check Help->About Quicken, it should indicate 2020 and 27.1.25.x or later if you have been allowing it to update.

If the two UPC codes are Quicken H&B 2018 then why is one of them $30.00 and the other one is $60.00?

It could be who the original vendor was.  Walmart may get different packaging and UPC than if it is coming from Costco.
Why the big price difference, you would have to ask the seller.
Just make sure that you are buying from a reputable seller and that if it is defective, you can get your money back.
It wouldn't surprise me if someone was selling packages with used activation codes as a scam.
