Okay, I received the key for Quicken Deluxe via e-mail and installed it. But I find that it won't do the bill management/payment functions. How do I upgrade to the Premier version? Will I loose the data that I have already entered into the Deluxe version?

What product year of Q are you currently running? What BUILD of that product? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

Quicken hasn't changed Q's data file layout for a couple of years ... so the upgrade should be a non-event ... unless you're making a sizable jump in product years.

I suggest you select Help > Add Premier....

You will not lose the data you have already in the Deluxe version.
