Cannot connect USAA auto loan

I am unable to add my USAA auto loan account. I can enter my login information to link the account, it then asks for my pin, after entering my pin it asks for the verification code sent to my email, after entering that code it finds my auto loan, when I add it in it then asks for the verification code sent to my email a second time, after entering that second code it fails to add the account saying "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)" I have been trying to add this account for a couple of weeks with no change. I am able to add all my other USAA banking accounts without issue.
