How to match 2 transactions to one Bill reminder
Hello,
I'm trying to match two transactions to one bill reminder. I've set a bill reminder for my insurance monthly bill, which is usually matched to one transaction in my bank account. For some reason, the company as made 2 separate charges this month instead of one. The two transactions still amounts to the bill one bill reminder that I have set.
What would be the best way to match the two separate transactions to the one bill reminder?
thank you,
Marc-Andre

I am not aware of any way to match two separate transactions to one bill reminder. My suggestion is to change the dollar amount of affected reminder to equal that of one of the downloaded transactions so you can match them to each other. Then simply accept the other transaction making sure it has been correctly categorized so it is captured properly in reports and tools.Or you could create a 1X bill reminder for the 2nd transaction but I don't see any significant benefit for doing that unless you want to use Bill Reminder to "Go To Register" for entered transactions to more easily find them in your account register. If your insurance company is going to start doing this on a regular basis you'll want to adjust the dollar value of the repeating bill reminder to match one and then add a 2nd repeating bill reminder for the other.

Also, the one bill reminder is a split transaction for 2 cars, house and motorcycle.0
