Click the Name column header to sort by Date (and Security).
You should see a "^" symbol in the column header field to indicate which column is being used ion the sort.QWin & QMac (Deluxe) Subscription

Easy... click the Date column header. Click it again to reverse the sort order.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0

I'm looking at a specific fund from the Portfolio window. There is no date column.0

if you look at the left side you'll see the part of quicken that pertains to this post. I didnt to show all of my investments on the forum so i opened another window to cover the rest of the account info0

here's a better screenshot. you can see that the dates on the left are in a random order0

I don't see random order, but I do see one 12/7/18 transaction out of order. That's odd; all the transactions in my portfolio show the lots in order.
Can you go to the transaction register of the account that contains that transaction on 12/7/18 to see if there's anything unusual about it (e.g. it's not a placeholder transaction). If you change the date of that transaction temporarily, and then look at your portfolio view, does it pop into correct chronological order?Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930 -
