To install Quicken 2020, I suggest you download and open:
https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe

As suggested by

's post, the PURCHASE of the new version isn't sufficient. You ALSO need to download it and then Install it.
THAT's when the "2017" goes away. Here's what my "header" says:
It's my file name (I.E., my real name) that's blacked out

That worked. Would have been nice if the instructions took me there when I bought the upgrade. I thought it was installed. Thanks

Now I just have to figure out why updates didn’t come over with web connect. Probably something on the PNC Bank side.
