I upgraded from 2017 Rental Property Manager to 2020 but it still says 2017. How do I fix this.

    As suggested by @Sherlock's post, the PURCHASE of the new version isn't sufficient.  You ALSO need to download it and then Install it.
    THAT's when the "2017" goes away.  Here's what my "header" says:
    It's my file name (I.E., my real name) that's blacked out

    Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4
    Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Business & Personal

    That worked. Would have been nice if the instructions took me there when I bought the upgrade. I thought it was installed. Thanks

    Now I just have to figure out why updates didn’t come over with web connect. Probably something on the PNC Bank side.
