I don't use that product so I'm just thinking along the lines of what I could do if I was a landlord using a lesser version. I see no reason why you couldn't just create an income reminder for rental income due, say, on the 1st of each month. I probably wouldn't have the transaction automatically entered, just leave it as a reminder.

thank you for the input! by rent reminders, i meant an email sent to the tenant.

If you have Microsoft Outlook as an email client I believe there's a utility in there that you can use to send out a "canned" email on a recurring basis.

i do have an outlook, but i was looking for an automated solution, where the system would email rent reminders few days before its due. thaks!

I think that's exactly what Microsoft Outlook can do, properly set up.
