Help upgrading from ver. 2017 to 2020 Amazon download

Can someone please walk me through the steps to get me started on new version of quicken Mac Deluxe purchased from Amazon as a download?
I am currently using Quicken Mac Deluxe 2017 which expires end of this month. I purchased the new version from Amazon and all they sent me was a code. But now what do I do? It just says to go to quicken.com/activate but don’t I have to download and install a new version first? Or what?
I’m confused. I haven’t actually done anything yet. I’m just trying to find out what I am supposed to do.
Please advise.

You can download the Quicken install from here:

And you do activate it from the Help menu (but the activation is really for the the account, that part I had right).
