Please provide the year and version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken

Old Navy Credit Card does not support the Web Connect connection method.  Old Navy Credit Card only supports the Express Web Connect connection method.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank
