Account Credentials for Quicken Bill Pay

I downgraded from Premier to Deluxe a couple of months ago and cancelled Quicken Bill Pay. When I refresh my accounts in the morning, I get a pop up asking for "Account Credentials for Quicken Bill Pay". How do I turn this off? I previously had set up my Quicken Bill Pay account but never really used it.

Hello @bzargarcia
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
If you are still needing assistance with this issue, I would first start by locating the account in Quicken that was initially used to connect to Quicken bill pay and see if the account is enabled.
To check this, navigate to settings in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Bill Pay." Below is an image of an account that is not enabled for bill pay.
If you locate an account that is enabled, please deactivate Quicken bill pay and quit Quicken and reopen and see if the error still persists.
Please let me know how it goes!
