Reconcle wont work

when I try to reconcle the dates are not curent and the endding ballence the month before is not correct .I need to talk to some one to help me fixt this . I have never had a problem with this.

    I am having Reconcile. list only 2 actives in current month and alot of actives of prior month thathave not been reconcle hELP!!!!!
