Exit Code 1310
Updating from Quicken 2017 to Windows Subscription. Uninstalled 2017 OK but failed on install with Exit Code 1310 and text "Error Writing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\DPIInfo.exe. Verify you have access to that directory. I can see the file in that directory and it's properties are not set to read-only. Any suggestions?
