Error when trying to pay bill with Bill Manager

I updated to Bill Manager. I verified my checking account so that I can send checks. When I try to send a payment to my pool guy, I get an error. However, there is no explanation of what the error is. I just see that zero transactions are recorded, and the online progress box says an error has occurred, in red text. My payment does not go through. I have tried this repeatedly. Quicken tells me there is a payment to send, which is true. The payment never goes out.
