Anyone use HR Blocks Emerald Account and able to get it to add

Hello! I've used HR Blocks Emerald Account for years and for some reason, I am unable to add it to Quicken and am getting a Sync Error. I've sent over the report error several times but have not had any luck. Anyone have any tips?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that by going to Quicken>About Quicken. Also, please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other Community members are best able to assist you.

    Please also let us know the full name of the financial institution as displayed in Quicken, as well as the Connection Type being used.

    You can find this information by going to Accounts>Settings, with the account highlighted in the left-hand Account Bar:

    Additionally, do you receive any error messages?

    The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.
