I recently purchased Quicken Deluxe instead of Rental Version

The new version does not show on website under my login. I want to download it to another computer?? Please let me know how long it takes...it has been a few days.

If that doesn't solve your problem, I suggest you contact Quicken Customer service as follows:  https://www.quicken.com/support#windows

One more item - you should not use your email address in a post, because this website is available to the general public and spammers can see your information.

IF it has been less than 30 days since the purchase AND you bought from Q itself, Return your product to Q for a refund: https://www.quicken.com/support/Terms-and-Conditions-For-Exchanging-Returning-or-Refunding-Quicken-Products

NOTE that policy, if you read it closely, even applies to downloaded  purchases.

THEN, shop  around at eBay, Amazon, WalMart, Costco, etc for better pricing on QWin H&B (which now includes Rental abilities).
