Upgrade from 2017 - cost information Placeholders for some accounts
acelyn8
Just upgraded from 2017. The cost information for two of my accounts (a 457 and a 403b) for some reason came over with the cost basis and lots all as placeholders. My other accounts seemed to transfer over just fine. I have no idea how to get that information back now that the old version of quicken is gone and can't open to review (otherwise, I could potentially rebuild it)... :'( :'(

There is nothing that prevents us from reinstalling Quicken 2017. Note: The data file formats are compatible. We may open Quicken 2017 data file in Quicken 2020 and Quicken 2020 data files in Quicken 2017.
