used to see holdings in investments but now only value, which shows old expired options, not current

I'm not sure which "Investments" view you are talking about:

1. In the investment account register screen:  Click on the "Holdings" button (top left) to see a summary of each security.  You can then click on the "+" to the left of the security to see the lot details.
2. In Investment Portfolio:  To see the individual securities summaries and lot details, at the bottom left of the Portfolio screen click on "Expand All".  Or you can individually expand each investment account by clicking on the triangle to the left of the account name and then each security under that account by clicking on the "+" to the left of the security. 
   

If this is not what you are talking about, please provide more information.
