Account Status window (Mac quicken 5.15.3)

When I try to update my online bank account, I have to resign in every time, if I click on the update button after a dozen times the Account Status window finally shows up and I can then sign in. Is there a menu that I can use to find the Account Status window?

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

The Account Status windows can be located from the Quicken menu bar under Window.



If you are not seeing the Account Status Window after updating, after opening please verify that the "Show this Window only When There are Errors" is not checked in the left-hand corner of the window.
