I paid for the newest quicken, but when I try to update the app, I am told my membership is expired.

P.S. if you have downloaded and installed, make sure that the Quicken Id you used for the purchase is the same one you are using in Quicken. Also if you bought Quicken from a retailer instead of directly from the Quicken.com site you need to enter your activation code by selecting Help -> Enter Activation code...

I'm not sure what happened, but its all working fine now. Thanks for your thoughts.

Well in another thread someone mentioned that even though they had paid for an upgrade from Quicken Starter to Quicken Deluxe, it didn't "kick in" right away. Instead they came back to it a few hours later and it worked. The subscription is actually held in your Quicken.com account, so maybe that just took time to update. The mysteries of life!
