Can I get payee rather than chronological reports on the ancient version 1.7.4? If so, how?
C Diane Macaulay
My accountant wants a list of orgs for donations. This is not relevant but my question won't go through without something written here.

Sorry, I never used Quicken Essentials, but since it formed the underpinning for what became Quicken 2015, I'll throw out a few ideas…
Is there no Payee Summary report in Essentials? In Quicken 2015, that is one of the reports that I thought was inherited from Essentials.
If not, can you set your register to last year's transactions and then click on the Payee heading to sort by Payee? You'd have to manually add values for each Payee, but at least they'd be grouped together.
