How do I change the active cloud account (dataset)?

In preferences | Cloud Accounts, I can see there are 3 could accounts associated with my quicken ID. When I click on the link entitled "Cloud accounts associated with this Quicken ID (3)", I get a popup window that shows me the 3 cloud accounts, but there is no way to change which cloud account I am using.

I just recently installed Quicken on my laptop and I want to use the same cloud account I use on my desktop computer so I see the same data.

    Each data file is connected to one cloud account.  You can't switch cloud accounts between data files.  To switch to another cloud account open the data file associated with it.
