What is going on with Quicken Support??

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
I have had an issue with Quicken Mac (Subscription) for over a month and I have no resolution! They stated they would get back to me by email, but the Support Team is ghosting me re a solution, and I am dead in the water. Terrible support from Quicken these days. Will now look at canceling my account and going to a competitor. Sad since I have been a customer literally since Intuit started the company.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you continue to experience this difficulty.
I was able to locate a ticket with the support that was successfully escalated, this ticket is listed as "In-Progress" and has not been resolved as of yet.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide an ETA on when to expect this to be resolved. Once the issue has been resolved, you will receive an email.
