What is going on with Quicken Support??

I have had an issue with Quicken Mac (Subscription) for over a month and I have no resolution! They stated they would get back to me by email, but the Support Team is ghosting me re a solution, and I am dead in the water. Terrible support from Quicken these days. Will now look at canceling my account and going to a competitor. Sad since I have been a customer literally since Intuit started the company.
