    Your data is intact.

You will have to purchase a subscription to the new Quicken for Mac. It will convert your 2007 file. This new version is much more modern and will run/is supported under Catalina.

The default location is in your Documents folder.

If you started this Quicken file in the last 18 or so years, it will have a .qdfm extension. If older, it may not have the extension. Either way, it doesn't matter.

John, thanks for your help. I have found the current folder but all the transactions and budgets do not populate. Any other suggestions?
    Thanks again.

@bfay2  Just to make sure we're staying on the same page here: did you purchase Quicken Mac and import your Quicken 2007 data file?

Budgets unfortunately do not import from Quicken 2007; you will need to recreate your budget in Quicken Mac. But all your accounts and transactions should have imported from Quicken 2007. What exactly are you seeing in Quicken Mac after the import?
