'You've already added a biller' when trying to setup a new biller

When I try to set up an online biller for an my Fidelity Rewards Visa I get this error: 'You've already added a biller' when trying to setup the new biller. I had this biller set up when I had Quicken 2017, but it disappeared when I went to the subscription model software. There is no Fidelity credit card currently in my list of billers.
